Vision Object Counting - Line based counting

These two ideas and the key technique 

• Region / Line-based counting
• This is much easier to avoid duplicates
• Count items crossing the line
• Eliminate duplicate dedication by centroid tracking. The movement of the center point of the image. 
• Less than the midpoint, After the midpoint
• Sample every second to avoid duplicate
