- Customer-funded business models will expand, and enable a diverse, inclusive, and equitable broadening of entrepreneurship and value-creation as founders cut out the financial middleman.
- Emerging technologies will also supercharge the decentralization of learning. We should expect more robots doing a wide range of functions: some staff operations; as teachers; and representing remote users. AI assistants as Teachers :)
- Conventional ‘stores’ will be reborn as venues for brands to show off, seduce us, and tell us why we should include them in our lives
